First Knives Club is a full-service Culinary Agency like no other. With a roster of over 200 and climbing, we represent some of the best Chefs, Mixologists, Sommeliers, Mixologists and service staff in the industry. Considered the “matchmakers of hospitality” we create a la carte experiences for our clients ranging from intimate dinner parties, to corporate cocktail events, destination and full-time chefs . We have more than 20 years of combined experience in hospitality, event planning and catering to an elite clientele.

Your Chef and respective hospitality team will arrive with prepped ingredients 2-3 hours before service the day of your event.
From table settings to serving and clean up, we take all the work off your plate so you can enjoy your company and respective hosting duties.
We take pride in locally sourcing top quality, organic ingredients, wherever possible. We work with local vendors and farms who are ethical in practice and form lasting relationships based on our mutual passion of agricultural farming and supporting the local economy.
Discretion is paramount to us. Our Chefs and staff go through an extensive vetting process so we can be certain their code of ethics align with ours. From references to social media conduct, we cautiously audit every member of our team prior to signing an air-tight NDA.
Our client service is above all else. Having experienced the upper echelon in luxury hospitality ourselves as well as worked from the bottom up, we take pride in intuiting our client’s needs, however unique they may be.

Founder & Managing Partner
Coral started her career in live music production, producing festivals in partnership with companies such as Live Nation and AEG before moving to late night television, working for George Stromboulopoulos Tonight at CBC. Having developed a reputation as the ultimate “connector”, she founded Incite Consultants, a recruiting agency specializing in the Entertainment Industry, hiring Executive and Personal assistants for high profile actors, directors, musicians and industry executives. After several years, Coral finally decided to pursue her passion of attending culinary school. At first it was purely a recreational pursuit, but upon graduation she realized it was her calling and began working as a Private Chef for some of the highest profile names in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, she formed her one-of-a-kind Catering Company, Cooking My Way To the Top.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Stefanie started her career as an EA in the Sports and Entertainment industry and managed the office of the chair for one of Canada’s top 5 law firms before moving onto a Director of Operations role in the family office for the Founder of one of North America’s top private equity funds. She managed the corporate office, events and recruitment before going on to found her own corporate consulting firm, Clear Skies, where she works with high networth clients on implementing streamlined admin systems, expense audits, special project management and internal recruitment. Throughout her career, she has overseen the hiring of many Internationally Renowned & Award Winning Chefs for her clientele.
