Did someone say buffet?
I see you.
We can help make Super Bowl even more of a fun time, and enhance your hosting experience across the board.
So, for all you sport fanatics out there (and those of you that think a good match cannot go without even better food), here are some tips to get the most out of the game this year!
Bring A-game To Your Table, With FKC
The “snackage” at your Super Bowl party is arguably the most important aspect of the SB night. And, when you have the First Knives Club team to help you out – no messing up is allowed.
We are a collective of top private chefs and caterers, operating around the country, creating 5-star dinner parties (luncheons, brunch and cocktail parties) in your home.
Our personal chefs are vetted for quality of food, presentation, service, and even clean-up.
And what do we bring to the table? Let’s have a look.
Super Bowl Party Catering Menu: Don’t Do the Work Yourself!
Fully catered night to remember with First Knives Club Private Chefs.
Your job is simply to choose the theme for the day. A Boozy Brunch? Lunch Buffet? Beers & BBQ? Mexican, American or Italian?
1. Salads and Sides: A Twist on Chips and Pretzels That Works
A classic. Spicy finger food and an array of options to dip into. Even if you lack football knowledge – this is where you’ll become a winner.
You can never go wrong with a salty snack with an abundance of fresh, leafy salads, and bumping it all up with roasted heirloom beets, pepitas, cotija, or little gem caesar with garlicky breadcrumbs and some classic dip.
2. Main Course: Meat With Vegetable Sauce On The Side
Let’s get a bit on the serious side. But a winner nonetheless. Everyone loves a good steak, barbecue, or even “plain” chicken breasts or roasted salmon with side sauce.
And, to be able to justify your eating habits for the night, you can throw in a vegetable sauce on the side, to back up those minerals and fiber.
Just imagine melted leeks, or a coconut corn saffron sauce, chimichurri and onion jam. Super delicious and good for the gut.
