Private Chef / Texas – FILLED

Days: Just Dinner, Mondays-Thursdays

Times: Approx. 2pm – 7:00pm. Dinner served at 6pm

Rate: $250-300 + groceries

Format: Family Style + Dessert

Dietary Restrictions: one of the children has a gluten sensitivity, but gluten is welcome so long as there are diverse options.

Favorite Dishes: crispy skin sweet potatoes, homemade pasta, ribs, roasted chicken, fresh fish mains

Description:

Private Chef needed for two high profile families based in Tarrytown & Rollingwood in Austin TX for dinner four times a week (Monday-Thursday). Minimum two years experience working as a Private Chef. Chef would spend two days a week with one family and two with the other. Must be versatile in various cuisines, including Italian, Mediterranean, American. Skilled at homemade pasta a plus! Initially, you will suggest menu options to client, but they are very open to Chef’s choice. Chef must source organic/wild-caught/grass-fed ingredients, ideally at local Farmer’s Markets as much as possible.
