Private Chef / Houston, TX – FILLED

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: TBD. 3 Meals a day, 5 days a week. 3 days on site. 2 remote.

Compensation: Dependent on experience

Cuisine: Healthy & delicious. Lean proteins, vegetables

Essential Skills:

  • Create weekly fresh and healthy breakfast and dinner menus using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
  • Understand, manage, and execute all aspects of food cost, budgeting, sourcing & menu development.
  • Assure the highest health, hygiene, sanitation, safety, and food storage standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, accept direction & deliver the highest standards to meet the client’s mealtime needs.
  • Has a diverse experience with a variety of food styles.
  • A passion to produce consistently the highest level of personal professional service. Genuine communication style that is respectful, effective and sincere.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in Meal Prep, working with specialized diets and portion control
  • Minimum of 2 + years Chef experience
  • Nutritional education a plus
  • Culinary Degree optimal
  • Food ServSafe certification
