You can find her on KHON Channel 2 Living808 TV teaching kids and families how to cook with sustainable foods grown on the Hawaiian Islands or on Kauai TV Visitors Channel searching for the best healthy eateries around town. She’s known for mastering authentic Hawaiian cuisine and her ability to execute any dish your heart desires. Amanda works with many high profile clients throughout Hawaii, including catering events and teaching private cooking classes.
